Pasquale O. Vella, Esq. is a member of Garces & Grabler currently employed as a junior associate in the Criminal/Municipal Court Defense Unit. As an associate within this unit, Mr. Vella’s practice is primarily focused on Criminal and Municipal matters throughout the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Vella has successfully resolved numerous violations throughout the State, including but not limited to, DWI; False Documentation; Harassment; Shoplifting; Simple Assault; Trespassing; Disorderly Conduct; Criminal Mischief; Insurance Lapse; Driving While Suspended; Post-Conviction Appeals; as well as, Speeding; Racing; Reckless; Careless Driving; Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident; and Unlicensed tickets.
Mr. Vella graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors from Seton Hall University in 2003 where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Sociology. During his tenure at Seton Hall University, Mr. Vella was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha and the Italian Student Union. Mr. Vella obtained his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law in 2007.
Mr. Vella is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association and Union County Bar Association.
To Mr. Vella, the most important aspects of his job are to ensure his clients’ constitutional rights are protected, to thoroughly explain how the law will affect them and to explain how the judicial process works.
