Ms. Mendonca is licensed to practice law in State of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She completed a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Karen M. Cassidy at the Superior Court of New Jersey in Union County, Family Division Ms. Mendonca has an extensive background in Family Law, Immigration and General Litigation matters. Ms. Mendonca is fluent in her native Portuguese language and proficient in the Spanish language.
Ms. Mendonca is a graduate of Kean University and a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. During college and law school, Ms. Mendonca acquired a wide-range of legal experience including an internship at the Office of the Corporation Counsel in Washington D.C.; an internship with the City Attorney's Office in Elizabeth, NJ; and she participated in the Seton Hall Clinic for Social Justice/Immigration Clinic Program, as well as the the Eugene Gressmen Moot Court Competition.
This targeted legal experience and her highly effective advocacy skills, makes Ms. Mendonca especially well-suited to represent a range of clients.
